1-year/12,000-mile warranty.
Coverage depends on the repair. Ask which warranty terms apply before you approve the work. This page explains what to confirm before service begins.
What is covered
Coverage depends on the repair. Ask which parts and labor are covered before you approve the work.
How long it lasts
1-year/12,000-mile warranty, unless stated otherwise. The term starts on the repair date and ends when either one year or 12,000 miles has passed, whichever comes first.
What “unless stated otherwise” means
Some jobs or parts may carry a different term. Ask about any exception before you approve the work. If the shop does not state a different term, the standard 1-year/12,000-mile term applies.
What is not covered
A new symptom or a concern in a different system is inspected first so the shop can determine whether it relates to the original repair. Ask which exclusions apply to your repair before you approve the work.
Customer-supplied parts
We cannot warranty customer-supplied parts or the labor associated with installing them. We did not select, source, store, or handle the part before it arrived, so we cannot verify its condition, fit, quality, or manufacturer support. We explain this before work begins.
How to use it
Call the shop and tell us what the vehicle is doing. Bring any paperwork from the original repair if you have it. We inspect the concern and explain the next step before you approve any new work.
Who to talk to
Luis Gonzalez owns and operates the shop, answers the shop phone, and handles warranty questions directly. Tell him what the vehicle is doing and which repair was performed.
