When to stop and call
If the steering suddenly feels disconnected, the vehicle will not hold its path, a wheel wobbles severely, or control changes sharply after an impact, stop in a safe place. Do not keep driving to see if the problem clears.

What the symptom can tell us
Clunking over bumps, a rough or bouncy ride, pulling, wandering, vibration, or loose steering can come from more than one part. Uneven tire wear can be a clue, but it does not prove that the tire is the cause or that suspension is the only issue.
Tell us when the change happens: over bumps, while turning, during braking, at a certain speed, or when steering effort changes. That gives the inspection a useful starting point.
How we find the source
We inspect the suspension, steering, wheel-bearing, axle-joint, and hub parts related to the concern. We look for unwanted movement, wear, looseness, leaks, or noise and use focused checks that fit what you described.

Repairs based on what we find
Depending on the findings, repair may involve a shock, strut, control arm, ball joint, link, wheel bearing, axle or joint, hub, steering component, power-steering component, or another related part. We explain what failed, what surrounding condition matters, and which repair path fits.
Repair begins only after you approve the written estimate. The agreed repair and any separate follow-up are different decisions.
When the next step may be different
Gonzalez does not replace tires or perform wheel alignments on site. If a follow-up alignment may be useful after a confirmed repair, Luis explains it separately; it is not included automatically.
A tire-pressure warning does not identify a suspension problem. Brake noise, pedal changes, or pulling that happens only while braking may need Brake Repair instead. Tell us exactly when the symptom appears so we can route the concern correctly.
