Information you choose to send
When you use a website form, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, contact preference, vehicle year, make, model and mileage, the service you are requesting, a preferred date or arrival window, and a message about the vehicle. The fields shown depend on the form you use.
The ECU and module technical request form asks whether you are contacting us as a vehicle owner or driver or as a repair shop, the repair shop name when applicable, the technical work requested, whether the complete vehicle can be brought to the shop, whether the vehicle starts, the module type, optional module part-number or label information if known, and optional fault codes. The website does not accept file uploads and does not ask for identification, title or registration documents.
How form information is used
We use the information you submit to review your request, contact you, discuss the vehicle, and coordinate service. An online appointment request is not confirmed until the shop follows up. An ECU or module request is a technical service request, not an appointment; the shop reviews it and contacts you. Website forms use Web3Forms as the sole delivery provider.
After Web3Forms accepts a technical-service request, the website temporarily stores a limited copy in the current browser session so it can display a receipt. The technical receipt expires after 30 minutes, may transfer once to the other language, and does not place submitted details in its URL.
Website measurement
The production website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, and Microsoft Clarity to understand traffic, page use, verified form completions, calls, phone taps, and visitor interactions. Form fields remain masked while you type. After a successful request, the confirmation page shows the submitted information, so recordings may include the contact, vehicle, service, notes, module-label information, or fault codes you provided. Do not include payment, medical, identification, ownership-document, or password information in a request.
Calls, external links, sharing and retention
If you call, text, email, or use WhatsApp, the information you choose to provide is used to respond and handle your request under the selected service's own practices. Map, review, and WhatsApp links leave this website. We do not sell or rent information sent through this website. Service providers may process information to deliver forms, operate appointments, host or protect the site, or measure performance. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for requests, service records, warranties, business records, measurement, and legal obligations.
Your choices, children and changes
Depending on applicable law, you may ask what information the shop has about you, request a correction, or request deletion, subject to records that must be retained. You can control cookies through your browser and available Google or Microsoft privacy controls. This site is not directed to children under 13. If forms, providers, or measurement practices change, this policy may be updated.
